What's the role?

You'll be responsible for sales growth from new and existing business in Vietnam, reporting directly to our Commercial Director for the region. You’ll be part of our excellent Asia Pacific commercial operations team alongside sales, engineering, marketing, customer experience, logistics and technical colleagues with one shared goal… to deliver sustained high-level support backed by excellent products, systems and customer service logistics.

What will I need to be successful?

You'll have a bachelor's degree in a related topic such as animal nutrition, poultry, swine or business, and a proven track record in business development and key account management in our sector. You'll have experience generating new business leads, negotiating and closing sales face-to-face, and the questioning skills to identify customer high yield needs. Building and maintaining superb business relationships will be second nature to you; you'll more than likely already know your territory and targets well. And last, but by no means least, you'll be a professional sales person with the discipline, drive, independence and results-focus needed to excel in your chosen field.
